When you make the activities in your Idea Box as child-led as possible, your child is learning to listen, ask questions, and follow directions. In addition, when you let your child take the lead, you are providing an opportunity to help build their self-esteem, promote independent thinking and grow their decision making skills. The Idea Box Kids is a company that seeks to cure “I’m bored” in kids by creating covertly educational activities. The Idea Box Kids has been featured in Country Living, American Farmhouse, MaryJanes Farm, and on sites like Fodor’s Travel, The Week, Cafe Mom and Simply Real Moms. We design and physically make each Idea Box, by hand. So much so, that the actual box that you hold in your hand has been die cut (by us) using a hand-cranked roller and a custom designed (by us) metal die. We then seal up the edges and hand wrap both the lid and the bottom of the box. We also hand die cut and glue the inner box that temporarily holds the coins inside the box. We love creating and manufacturing Idea Boxes!
