Pick Up, Shipping & Returns
LOCAL PICK UP
Local pick up is available in Central, SC at Bruno's Donuts, 233 West Main Street, Central, SC 29630.
Please choose a pick up time at checkout. Available options are: Wednesdays 4 -5 pm, Saturdays 9-10 am, and Sundays 12-1 pm.
Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States with a purchase of $99 or more. Order must total $99 after all discounts or promotions are applied and be paid online. Some items are excluded from free freight and free return shipping and will be noted as such.
Shipping methods are calculated by destination and delivery options. For further information about our shipping services, please see your options during checkout for various shipping methods.
We use USPS to provide shipping options for your location. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and will arrive within 3-10 business days after shipping. We will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships. While most orders ship within 1-3 business days, we do occasionally have delays. Items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer generally may take longer to process and deliver.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We do not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please check carefully that the shipping address you enter is correct. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, customers are responsible for charges to re-ship.
MISSING OR LOST ORDERS
We are not responsible for missing or lost packages due to carrier error. We will however work as hard as we can with you to recover the package and file the necessary claims.
We are happy to offer store credit for returns. All requests for returns must be made within 14 days of the sale date. Please have your original or gift receipt. The product must not be used, in the same condition you received it and is in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions intact.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Please contact email us to see if it can be specially ordered! We are more than happy to do this when we can. Please note, however, that since special ordered items are not normally carried in our inventory, they must be ргеpaid and cannot be returned.
